My stomach thinks it's a seesaw.

I'm starting to get a little worried about my health again.

I'm never hungry. Lately, the only time I really eat is when I'm at work, and that's because I have a break and that's the sort of thing you typically do on your break. I snack sometimes, but I don't feel hungry more than once a day.

Furthermore, any food I do eat doesn't seem to agree with me. For the second night in a row I feel ill after eating. I just get queasy and feel generally unpleasant.

I have no idea what's going on. Normally when winter sets in my appetite goes through the roof. What gives?

Um, shouldn't be. I'm on the pill.

Plus, wouldn't that have the opposite effect?

Not always. I was sick and queasy through my entire pregnancy.

i go through stints of this every few months. it happened more in high school, but i've definitely felt this way in the past couple months as well.

maybe it's genetic!

Quite possible. You and I both shared the mutual inability to eat breakfast as well.

Could it possibly be your pill? When I was on Levora, it destroyed my appetite and my tummy. I was queasy 24/7.

This post made me concerned, as I constantly feel nauseous these days to varying degrees. This is especially true whenever I eat. I'm going to get a physical next month. Maybe we can compare notes. Cos I am NOT a fan of getting an upset stomach no matter what I eat!

You know, I didn't think about that but it's definitely possible.

I think I'm going to head to the doctor as well sometime soon. If I do, I'd definitely love to swap info. I'm going to ask my dad (registered nurse) what he thinks when I go home.

I don't want to be a hypochondriac or anything, I just want to know why I never want to eat. A friend of mine suggested that it might be seasonal depression.

I was like this summer. I would get full from a few bites, and have really bad stomach cramps, nausea and sometimes vomiting. It turned out I had developed an allergy to peanut butter, which was something I was eating pretty frequently. It was also spurred on from being upset and stressed, which I didn't even realize I was.

I was tested for Crohn's, Celiac, all that stuff. It was super expensive.

That's really interesting. I eat peanut butter like crack when I'm at work... maybe I should stop.

... but I love it. *wimper*
