I did yoga yesterday for the first time in awhile and my muscles are angry. One hour kicked my butt. It's an okay pain. I'm not wincing or writhing experiencing any other unpleasant reactions that start with a "W." I'm just really tight. I could use a massage or a jacuzzi.
I was gonna hit the gym today to lift and run, but I don't want to injure myself or increase the pain the point where I don't want to work out at all. I am literally sore all over, and I know that part of building strength is building on top of that soreness, but I'm unable to decide if this is too sore. I really don't want to strain anything and take myself out for weeks.
Also, do any of y'all have anything exciting to do with salad? I have three heads of romaine lettuce (still!) left over from the VP viewing party and I am so unbelievably sick of vinaigrette, Parmesan, and croutons!
