I am going to operate under the assumption that everyone knows what ol' yellow eyes said to Dean about Sam during the finale, at the gate. If not, I don't want to spoil it for you... I'll just say that the first season is on DVD, and you people better get crackin'.
So this season, I'm still enjoying the show, but it's definitely not as light. Now, I'm a big wuss when it comes to scary things. In fact, worthyopponent and I record the shows so I can pause them and hide behind my hands and calm down when it gets to be too much for me. I squirm and I scream at Kripke for freaking me out... but the glorious thing about SPN is that they always fix it and we have a laugh and Dean flashes his teeth and I can go to sleep.
But I'm just overwhelmed with this constant tension... and I'm wondering if it's just me. It seems like they're always fighting. It's gone way beyond "Driver picks the music"... and I don't think it's Dean. I think it's Sam, and it worries me.
Do you think Sam's personality/character has changed this season?
Maybe a little...
Not that I've noticed...
No, absolutely not.
Do you like it?
Yeah! It's great!
Change or no change, I'll always love Sam a little more each ep.
*shrug* He's still the same Sam to me.
I'm kind of irritated, actually.
I hate it.
I don't want to lose our sweet, compassionate, moral-center aka Sammy... but I'm afraid we might have. What do you think?
