YouTube activism...

To help clarify the meaning and purpose of the Writer's Guild Strike.

Also, if you are laboring under the delusion that writers ever make a decent wage, you might want to start looking for a new brain.

Wow, that's really awful. I didn't even know that! But it's so true, without the writers, there wouldn't be a damn show to begin with. So, really, writers should get paid more than the actors.

Man, do I know how they feel with the 48% of writers being unemployed.

NEED.JOB.NOW. :(

I want to know how studio heads sleep at night, seriously.

I has some! Not much, and I should probably pay off college first... but I has a little bit! We could always whore ourselves out to ads (even though I'm really against that.)

I'm watching this without sound and I think I'm missing most of the point. Is it strange or just indicative of my parents that I never even stopped to wonder why writers were on strike?

I don't know that it's indicative of strangeness or of your parents. I think people just assume that writers make more than they do, because people assume everyone associated with Hollywood is rich. I mean, it's known that writers/actors as a general rule are starving artists... but not Hollywood writers/actors. Oh no.
