This is disgusting...

A Pulitzer-Prize winning AP photog is being brazenly denied a fair trial by the U.S. Military. The Washington Post believes it's all because he took photos that the military doesn't want us to see.

I think it's probably much more than that... because they could just confiscate the film instead of imprisoning him since April 12, 2006 without charging him of any crime, denying him the right to a fair trial by refusing to share the facts of the case with his atty, and then flouting the fair trial processes by interrogating him without his lawyer present.

This is unacceptable. I have no more words. Where is Floyd Abrams when you need him?
