My evenings belong to HBO...

Tonight has been a night of movies. We watched L.A. Confidential first, and I don't understand how writers can create and manage those kinds of clusterfucks. Just so we're clear, hearing the voice of Antonio Banderas come out of a computer generated tabby cat still rules.

Anyway, I have couple questions for all y'all.

Poll #765150 F-list Library

Who is reading or has read The Red Tent by Anita Diamant?

I have.
5(50.0%)
I'm reading it right now!
1(10.0%)
I've been meaning to...
1(10.0%)
I've never heard of it.
3(30.0%)
...I can't read.
0(0.0%)

Who should've/should be read/reading it?

I!
0(0.0%)
Aye!
0(0.0%)
Eye?
3(30.0%)
Everyone!
6(60.0%)
Everyone else, apparently. I, however, can't read.
1(10.0%)

Any book recommendations?

As always...

The Chronicles of Ticky
1(9.1%)
Harry Potter and the Order of the Ticky
2(18.2%)
Fear and Ticky in Las Vegas
0(0.0%)
Electric Kool-Aid Ticky Test

Ticky. For the love of God, just ticky.

1) L. A. Confidential is possibly one of my favorite movies ever-- from a casual viewpoint and from a film student view point. Plus it has Kevin Spacey and Guy Pierce.

2) Where did ticky box originate?

1. That movie is a gigantic clusterfuck, but I really like Guy Pearce's face.

2. In Tickymenistan. Why do you ask?
